This tattoo has three meanings for me.
1. On Letting Go is my favorite Circa Survive Album-the songs on this album are the songs I can connect the roughest part of my past to.
2. On Letting Go is my favorite Circa Survive song. This song is the song I connect to the incidents that happened between my biological family (mother and father included) and I. This song is extremely powerful to me.
3. To me, the phrase “On Letting Go” means that letting go is a process. Letting go of something is hard, it is a process that seems like you will never get through, but you can and you will. Circa Survive is a huge part of my process to let go of the things that have happened to me in my life. The entire On Letting Go album has contributed to my process of letting go of my past.

So, this is my Circa Survive tattoo (I am rebloggin from my personal blog) that was done in November 2011. Um, it never really looks good in pictures, for some reason it looks curved and like unaligned or something I don’t even know. Also, my arm is oddly shaped, but you get the idea haha.
